MODULAR HOMESDEVELOPMENTLEASING & HOUSING PARTNERSHIPS
Our company

Better housing begins with a better approach.

Transident Homes LLC is a Georgia for-profit modular housing development company based in Macon.

Our mission is to develop dignified, durable housing through coordinated off-site manufacturing, site development, and long-term leasing relationships. Our plans focus on supportive residential communities for individuals and veterans, alongside modular housing opportunities for other customers and organizations.

Led by Antonio Cochran, Master Project Director, we bring development planning and partner coordination together around a shared goal: homes that support lasting community.

What we do

From a housing need
to a coordinated plan.

01

Modular development

Planning housing projects that combine factory-fabricated homes with coordinated site preparation, foundations, utilities, and on-site assembly.

02

Property leasing

Developing leasing relationships with housing operators, nonprofits, and other organizations seeking residential space for their communities.

03

Housing partnerships

Working toward practical housing solutions with individuals, organizations, and community partners, including supportive and transitional housing providers.

PROPOSED PILOT · PLANNING STAGE

647 Edgewood Avenue

An initial modular infill project in Macon, designed to inform the next stage of supportive housing development.

The proposed site at 647 Edgewood Avenue, Macon, GA 31201, in Bibb County would test site deployment, development coordination, and the leasing model before a larger community moves forward.

Two layouts are under consideration: a three-bedroom, two-bath home or a four-bedroom home with four private en suite bathrooms.

Proposed project framework

A measured foundation for growth.

$350,000 planning budget
The overview anticipates a combination of senior debt, property equity, and grant or trust equity.

Development followed by stabilization
The pilot is intended to establish operating experience before progressing to the Blossom Hill Estates vision.

Budget, layout, financing, permitting, voucher participation, and timing remain subject to confirmation. No housing availability is announced.

Blossom Hill Estates

Following stabilization of the proposed Edgewood Avenue pilot, the site overview envisions a 9.23-acre community connecting factory-built modular housing with coordinated resident support. The broader housing mission includes individuals and veterans with supportive housing needs.

Development + community care

A partnership with purpose.

Transident Homes develops housing. ISLAAH, Inc. brings a planned community support role.

The proposed model identifies ISLAAH, Inc. as the operating partner for long-term master leasing, wraparound resident services, and coordination of supportive housing assistance, subject to applicable program requirements and approvals. The model connects physical homes with the people and organizations supporting residents.

Defined roles, coordinated execution

Sponsor and property holding: The overview identifies Basmala Holdings as sponsor and NASR Trust as the intended land-title and capital-reserve holding layer.

Development: Transident Homes coordinates site infrastructure, modular fabrication contracts, permitting, and development financing obligations.

Resident support: ISLAAH coordinates the planned leasing and service delivery layer.

Transident Homes also welcomes conversations with other customers, nonprofits, and housing organizations. For ISLAAH program eligibility or services, please contact ISLAAH directly.
